RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within twenty (20) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

     ●     Custom Orders
     ●     Gift Cards
     ●     Sale Items

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
     ●     If Item purchased was part of a set, all items from that set must be returned together.
     ●     All exchanges must be in original packaging, all items can not be broken.
     ●     If an item sent for exchange arrives broken, customer will get a partial store credit.
     ●     If you have received a broken item, or if item was broken upon arrival, a picture needs to be taken of all broken items, pictures will be sent along with your return form, and sent to the email address provided.

     ●     If an item is Damaged during shipping. A custmer can return for an exchange, store credit, or to be fixed and sent back.
     ●     Customer pays for shipping on all return or exchanged item's
     ●     Taking Pictures Of broken or damaged items is mandatory. If you return an item without proper documentation then you will not be eligible for a exchange or store credit
     ●     Please keep in mind that you are making a purchase from an Artist who is running a small business please be patient and be kind.
